Saxton Corn Pudding

This simple corn pudding recipe comes to us from facebook fan, K. Saxton.  It’s an easy throw-together holiday favorite that you can add as a side to any meal.

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/3 c. Melted butter
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 4 Tbl cornstarch
  • 1 bag (16-0z) Husk Sweet Corn

Beat eggs. Add butter, sugar, milk. Whisk in cornstarch. Add corn & blend well. Bake at 400 degrees in the oven for 1 hour.
