One Skillet Dinner

14 oz smoked sausage, sliced

2 lb potatoes, scrubbed and sliced

1 pound of Husk Sweet Corn or Green Beans (or both)

1/2 onion, sliced

1 and 1/2 tsp of Sage

1 clove garlic, minced

1 Tbsp olive oil


In a large skillet, heat olive oil on medium high heat. Throw the potatoes into the skillet and toss until somewhat soft and brown. Add in the rest of your ingredients. Reduce heat to medium heat and cook until veggies are soft and sausage is cooked. Enjoy!
