Husk’s Western Pizza

1 can crescent rolls

1 lb ground beef

salt and pepper

1/2 cup peppers and onions

1 can (16 oz) refried beans

1 cup salsa

1 cup Husk Sweet Corn (no need to thaw)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 bag shredded lettuce

other toppings such as tomato, green onion, and avocado


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a large cookie sheet. Press crescent rolls along bottom of cookie sheet to form a crust. Bake in oven for about 8 minutes or until edges start to brown. Meanwhile, brown beef and add salt and pepper to taste. Add peppers and onions to beef and finish browning. Onions should be translucent when finished. When crescent rolls are finished baking, spread refried beans evenly over the crust. Follow with salsa, Husk Sweet Corn, and shredded cheese. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Top with shredded lettuce and any other toppings you think might taste good. Enjoy!
