Husk’s Chicken Tortilla Soup

1 of each bell pepper Рred,  yellow, green, and orange (diced)

1 onion diced

garlic salt with parsley

1 whole rotisserie chicken (remove meat from bone)

1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)

1/2 of a bag of HUSK Sweet Corn

1 package of spanish rice

2 cans diced tomatoes with chilies

1 carton chicken broth

toppings of your choice


Saute onion and peppers and season with garlic salt with parsley.

Put all ingredients inside of crock pot and cook. High for 4 hours. Low for 6-8 hours.

Garnish with sour cream, shredded cheese, avocado, and tortilla chips. Enjoy!
