Corn Pudding- Comfort Food for Fall Gatherings

How many fall pitch-ins do you host or get invited to? Do you struggle to figure out what to bring? Do you want to bring that one dish everyone raves about and asks for the recipe? Well here it is…. make sure you print out copies of the recipe and bring it with you 🙂

1/4 Cup Sugar
3 T Flour
2 t Baking Powder
1 1/2 t Salt
6 Eggs
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 C Melted Butter
6 Cups Sweet Corn (Fresh or aprox. 2 bags of Husk)

Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl (Sugar, Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt).
Whisk together Eggs, Heavy Whipping Cream, Melted Butter.
Add dry ingredients while whisking.
Stir in Sweet Corn.

Pour into greased 9×11 baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 50-60 minutes (until golden brown and set).
